Orders should be submitted at least 21 days prior to your special day. As a small business, we have a limited capacity orders. Please email us to inquire about last minute order availability.

As a floral boutique, we offer a wide range of a la carte items to help you customize your wedding order. How far in advance do you need to place an order?
To ensure we can preorder all products in time, please submit your order at least three weeks in advance. If desired date is no longer available, don't hesitate to contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. As dates fill up quickly during the busy wedding season, we recommend placing your order as soon as possible.
Are specific varieties of flowers guaranteed?
For specific varieties, we suggest contacting our main sister site, Enchanted Gardens. Please note that this service focuses on color palettes with seasonal blooms, so we cannot guarantee the inclusion of specific flowers in your order.
Will you set out any arrangements at our venue?
Set ups are reserved for our full service weddings planned through our sister site Enchanted Gardens. Delivery is a drop off only and we cannot guarentee specific times, we will deliver during a window of time.

What if I am looking for a more personalized experience?
Certainly! Many couples choose to collect a day in advance to minimize tasks on the wedding day. Bouquets are delivered in vases with water, while boutonnieres and corsages can be stored in the refrigerator. For compotes and any other arrangements we recommend adding more water after transport. For the best care, we suggest keeping all flowers in the coolest area of your home, avoiding direct exposure to air conditioning or heaters.
Pick Ups are in Bel Air MD. We will reach out to set up a window of time for you to pick up from our location.
We suggest using a spacious SUV or van that allows all the seats to be folded down. Some configurations may require more room than anticipated, as the items cannot be stacked on top of each other.
Once items are delivered or picked up, we are liable for their care or setup. We will provide care instructions to ensure the flowers remain in optimal condition.
Once your order is placed, we cannot remove any items. However, if you want to add items and we have enough time, we can accommodate those changes. Please contact us if you need to make any adjustments!
Local delivery is available in Harford and Baltimore County for a delivery fee. Please note that this service does not include any setup for arrangements at the venue; it is simply a drop-off within a specified time window.
