• Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, product availability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. Product Availability

Flowers are seasonal and subject to availability. If a specific flower, container, or accessory is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with a similar item of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style, color, and quality of the arrangement. Photo's on website are soley for visual inspiration.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

Prices do not include applicable taxes or delivery charges unless otherwise stated.

5. Payment

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed during checkout.

Payment must be received in full before your order is processed.

6. Delivery

We strive to deliver orders on the requested delivery date and time.

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed due to weather, traffic, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If the recipient is unavailable, the delivery driver may:

• Leave the flowers in a safe location.

• Leave them with a neighbor or building receptionist.

• Attempt redelivery, which may incur an additional delivery fee.

7. Cancellations & Changes

Orders may be modified or cancelled if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.

Orders that have already been prepared or dispatched cannot be cancelled or refunded.

8. Refunds

At Simply Enchanted, we strive to provide the best service and products to our customers. Please note that all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. We appreciate your understanding and support. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to our customer service team.
